Los empleados a lo largo de su gestión laboral tienen diversas inseguridades, la principal de estas es que serán reemplazados por alguien de mayor rendimiento y altas posibilidades de mejora. Muchas empresas utilizan esa estresante inseguridad para empujar a que los empleados sean mas competitivos, causando que trabajen mucho mas demostrando sus habilidades y la compañía tenga una mas amplia producción.
Esta incertidumbre a largo plazo puede causar efectos muy negativos en la compañía, el empleado suele estar en un variado estado de estrés constantemente, al aumentar ese estrés puede trae cambios muy contraproducentes en el empleado tales como enfermedades agobiantes, desequilibrio emocional o desempeños laboral y se generen muchas perdidas para la compañía.
Las amenazas laborales son referentes a todo cambio gestionado dentro de la compañía que puede desmejorar tu calidad salarial, este tipo de estrategia negativa ha causado daños a gran masa, ejemplo: los efectos depresivos que puede tener una duración pos-laboral hasta de 3 años o no desear trabajar mas en una empresa.
Como empresarios debes de motivar al trabajador a que tenga un mayor desempeños laboral usando métodos persuasivos inteligentes. Tales como lo que son usados en la empresa de Internet google, que han tenido mayor productividad eliminan el estrés y inseguridades del empleado con métodos mas convenientes.
