Sopa de Manzana
Ingredientes:
1 kg de manzana verde. 2 litros de agua
200 g de azúcar morena o blanca 200 g de fécula de mandioca en grano (sagú)
Preparación:
Pelar las manzanas y cortarlas en tiras o cubitos. Hervir las manzanas. Poner la fécula en remojo en agua fría durante 1 hora. Agregar la fécula a la manzana y darle un hervor.
