Sopa de coliflor
Ingredientes:
1 Coliflor 3 cucharadas de aceite
1 ¼ litros de agua 3 cucharadas de harina de trigo
1 yema 2 cucharada de nata
Preparación:
Dividir el coliflor en pequeñas porciones y cocinar. Dorar la harina y diluir con el agua de coliflor. Espesar con la yema de huevo batida con la nata. Agregar finalmente el coliflor.
