A Whole New World - Hello

Greetings from the Great North!

My name is Preya, but I would prefer the name used under my written works known as Miaka (or Mia for short). I am a graduated Registered Practical Nurse who enjoys the literary world of imagination and modern knowledge. I hope to share my thoughts with you all about life, reviews, travels and other things that come to mind. I have been a lacto-vegetarian (one who does not eat meat, fish and eggs) for about 14 years now and I am still going strong. My biggest obsession is Sailor Moon! For those of you who do not know what this is, it is a show that I grew up watching in the 90s that has shaped me to be who I am today. A show about courage, love and laughter that definitely is a classic for those who know. I love cats and believe that I was a cat in a past life!

I was introduced to this platform by my fiance. He knows my love for writing very well and enjoys reading my works. I am not the best at writing, but I hope that this platform can help elevate my content and allow others to read them as they please. I hope to share many of my experiences with the community and hope to gain knowledge reading the works of others.
