Russian delegate propose to create a cryptocurrency mining city in Siberia.

The russian delegate of the State Duma, Boris Chernyshov, made a proposal to the lower house of the Federal Assembly of Russia about creating a whole mining city. This city will be established in Siberia, near to one of the biggest hydroelectric plants of the whole nation.

If this project takes off it would help tons of people, by giving them the opportunity of making money, buying apartments and other things that the citizens would need. All of this is capable because of the profitability that the digital currencies generate.

He added:

If we build this settlement near the border with China, for example, this will cause great interest immediately, there will be a flow of business tourists. Such a place would become a business center, favoring foreign investment.

The proposal is under consideration by the Minister of Industry, Denis Manturov, and the Minister of Communication, Nikolai Nikiforov.
