Como bien sabéis, soy un gran amante de la gastronomía, me encanta comer bien y por ello me gusta mucho cocinar. Me propuse que este año iba a comer bien y a hacer más deporte, y por ahora, lo estoy cumpliendo.

También he contado alguna vez que el sushi me apasiona, y de vez en cuando, toca comer sushi. Este post lo estás leyendo porque el pasado fin de semana me tocó, comí sushi, eso sí, no lo cociné yo, no tuve tiempo, así que recurrí a comprarlo.

Pack Sapporo

6 nigiris, 3 de salmón y 3 de langostino y 4 california roll de surimi, pepino y aguacate, con mucho sésamo.

Pack Tokio

4 filomakis, 2 de salmón y aguacate y 2 de salmón, pepino y zanahoria, 4 hosomakis de salmón y surimi y 4 nigiris de salmón y langostino.

Este suele ser el sushi que comemos normalmente, pero hubo algo especial y que nunca solemos tomar con el sushi. Compré también cerveza japonesa para la comida, kirin ichiban, una cerveza rubia, suave y que estaba bastante buena, nos gustó mucho.

Como os podéis imaginar, estaba todo buenísimo, de lo mejor que he comido durante la semana. El sushi es de lo mejor que hay, y más acompañado de una buena cerveza.

Espero poder pronto tener tiempo para cocinarlo yo, comprar el salmón, atún rojo, arroz, algas, aguacate, zanahoria y algo más que se me ocurra y hacerlo yo. Eso sí, la cerveza será Mahou xD

I hope to soon have time to cook it myself, buy salmon, red tuna, rice, seaweed, avocado, carrot and something else that comes to mind and do it myself. But... the beer will be Mahou xD
