Obviamente, os hablo de la Power Ball porque yo tengo una y la uso para fortalecer mis brazos, sobre todo cuando hago ejercicio en casa porque no puedo ir al gimnasio, la uso como un ejercicio más además de las flexiones o abdominales. La mía es automática para el arranque, no hace falta la cuerda, solamente girar un poco el rotor y al moverla ya empieza a funcionar.

El récord mundial de revoluciones por minuto según Wikipedia es del griego Akis Kritsinelis con 21228 rpm. No he encontrado el vídeo del récord, pero si este otro en el que alcanza 20082 rpm. Ya podéis comprar una Power Ball y empezar a practicar :-)
