Concurso Kale Shake: Kale con Toronja o Greifu, Canela y Papelón
Hola Amigos Steemit!
Aquí estoy participando en este concurso que me parece full divertido y saludable que están realizando mis amigos @dcardozo25 y @katrah
Es la primera vez que pruebo este vegetal y me parece super sabrosa! Gracias por esta gran idea!!!
A continuación mi receta:
Ingredientes:
200ml de Jugo de Toronja o Greifu.
50gr de Papelón.
80 gr de Kale.
100gr de Hielo.
1 pizca de canela.
Preparación:
Retirar las hojas del tallo. Tome en cuenta la sugerencia de @dcardozo25 de realizar el blanqueado, que consiste en calentar las hojas durante 20 segundos y luego pasarlo a agua fría, con esto resaltamos su sabor y color.
Colocar los ingredientes en la licuadora y aplicar a velocidad máxima.
Y colocar la pizca de canela sobre el contenido. Esta es mi presentación del batido.
Y yo aquí tomando la bebida refrescante, deliciosa y nutritiva!

El sabor ácido de la toronja y el kale saben muy bien, y ese toque de canela con papelón lo hace mucho mejor. Saludos!
