Introduce Yourself: Who the f*ck am I?

I've made couple of posts already, but since I am a part-time ninja, I never had the time to introduce myself.

Now, if I do so, would you read my story on how I plan to do Steem? Would you share your thoughts and some tips on how I can improve my posting and become successful on this platform?

First, I'd like to tell you a bit of Who I Am

My name is Jek. I was born in Manila, Philippines, grew up and spend a fair amount of time in an urban part of Laguna, my favorite place in the world.

I work as a Graphic Artist for a talents and events firm in Laguna, and I perform beatboxing on a downtown bar during my free time. That may seem like an unusual combination but you will understand when you hear what I plan to do with my life.

My passions include reading and writing, guitar playing, and badminton. But I would say that the most significant thing about me is my plan to spend my life advancing my blogging career.

Hobbies? I love having an ice cold beer every night and few cigarettes while watching anime. Oftentimes, my parents would go like, "Stop wasting your time watching a kid's show and find yourself happiness!", and I'm like, "Mom, am I not on the process already?".

HAHA! I love my mom so much! That's just how we communicate here. Oh by the way! I am living in my parents' house, I have yet to find the money to buy me a house. Just you wait mom! Soon, I'll be buying you a car and a fancy ring!

Why I joined Steem?

Of course! I'd like to make enough cash to satisfy my family's needs. HAHAHA! But apart from that, I would also like to gain experience on blogging and hopefully find my way to success. You see, I have my dreams. Everybody does. And I want to achieve it.

Who introduced me to Steem?

When I am not at work, I spend most of my time in front of that shitty PC up there. I happen to see a post of @jerrybanfield on Facebook, and I was astounded on how you can earn money by posting content on Steem. What I mean is, Steem is better than YouTube or Twitch right? Well, that is how I see it right now.

Right after I saw the post, I was like, "F*ck this, I'm signing up right away!", now tell me you did not felt that way when you learned about Steem. HAHA!

Yes, I am on Steem, now what?

I plan to do blog posts, of course. Anything about finding sense of ease in life. Sometimes I do posts about gaming and technology. I would like to share some of my own memes as well, and funny content too! Also! I am thinking of sharing my tutorials on how to play the guitar and basics of beatboxing.

How are you different on other Steem users?

I'm no different with anyone in here, especially that I want to learn from you guys. If you can help me, I may also have a way on how I can help you. Give and take. I am unique in my own way, fact, but as what I said, I would like to gain experience and in order to do so, I have to know what Steem is, and what it is for.
