Ingredients
8 egg rolls
8 hot dogs
1 (15 oz.) will chili
1/2 c. minced white onion

1 c. sliced cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. finely cut chives
Vegetable oil, for frying
Ketchup, for dipping
Mustard, for dippingDirections
Place associate spring roll wrapper on a clean surface during a diamond form and place a hot dog on prime, trimming the new dog ends if necessary to suit. prime with a containerful of chili, white onion, cheddar cheese and chives.
Fold up bottom [*fr1] and tightly fold in sides. Gently roll, then seal fold with one or two drops of water. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
In a massive cooking pan over medium heat, heat oil (it ought to reach 1" up the facet of pan) till it starts to bubble.
Add egg rolls and fry till golden, two minute per facet. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to cool down slightly. Serve heat with cetchup and mustard for dipping.
