Coming here to Spam the intro posts, waiting for money will not do well for you - introduction post is for people who are comming into the platform to talk about themselves, and about why they came to steemit, or where they found out about it ; posting small one sentence posts with a picture or two is considered to be spam - and you could possibly get flagged that way . you should engage in conversation with other people and gain followers before introducing yourself to the platform - just follow some of the tags that you would like to post in yourself and gain a community .
With that being said, when you are posting your information, make sure it is informative and if you are using anything that is not yours ; even videos or text - make sure you state the source of the location .
Ontop of that - you will be waiting quite a long time to be seeing those posts that pays enough to buy you a new phone .
You will have to be dedicated and loyal to the platform in order for those types of results to be seen .
I am making sure this is on your first post as i have checked your blog -
and its got a few introduction posts but also because it should also be very informative about yourself .
