I have done it few times in past in Jaxx wallet, not sure about it now. Don’t have any funds in there now to test it.

Yeah. I have shapeshifted before using Jaxx.
I have resetted the cache several times. my friends are also having same issue.
After the ethereum congestion issue, this issue comes to me :(
Yes I suppose it could be due to ETH congestion. It took me almost 2 days to transfer some ETH from MEW wallet. Not surprised if this same congestion is playing a part in shapeshit.
