living the life same as million of others

in #life7 years ago (edited)

some people say 30 is the milestone of life. others say, 25. and others say 40. others says that having a baby, going to military service or falling in love. everyone is wise, right?

yes, there are milestones in life but you can't know if something is a milestone or not before experiencing it. after some time (generally years later), you instantly discover that a specific event, or just living in a specific time was a milestone in your life. right now, you realize that you've experienced some events by living directly, and that specific thing changed the way your life going either in big or small scale.

the tricky part of mid twenties is, you don't have to wait ten years to realize that these times are a branch point of your future. you already know that your future life (or faith, whatever you call it) is strongly connected to these specific ages. the books you read, the places you travel even the people you're in contact with will affect your life till death.

look around yourself and observe people over 35. observe businessman, homeless people, prostitutes, teachers, starbucks bartenders, pilots, mothers... they live those lifes because their attitude, the way they live or their vision in their twenties make them live in this specific way. (you'll also notice that getting a cigarette from a stranger makes a homeless person more happier than a investor who recently made a million from stock market, that's the topic of another post).

i am 25. trying to graduate from mechanical engineering school this summer. my friends graduated two years ago. making my own money for more than two years but not in a waiter or housekeeper way. i am working in a company as engineer candidate. broke up with my one and half year old gf recently. i don't suffer from pain of love but sometimes i miss her. dating chicks from all ages and have two fuckbuddies right now. but i can't affect the young lady i want to spend time together with. going to school is hardest thing of my life because taking same lesson with younger guys feels me weird. living my parents. have my own car. and things go on like this.

now i know that the way i treat to each item in the upper paragraph will decide which kind of life i'll be living in my 40's or 50's. but i am confused because i am facing with the cold side of the life. i am taking the red pill.

in this blog' i'll try to share my achievements (or the things i believe are milestones of my life) in order to share my experiences with people like me. when shared, life is more joyful sometimes.

cheers from nowhere,
