Bittrex is preparing new upgrades for the few tickets which are actually exists and tradable on this exchange. The technical, not a really meaning point made the platform to disable the trading of BCH for a little time. But, also added:

Customers that use Bittrex APIs will need to change the ‘market’ and ‘wallet’ parameters from the old tickers to the new tickers after the renaming process is finished.
