Together with the process of urbanization, the environments where people can spend time together have begun to emerge. These environments have become better organized and grow the sector over time. Companies of various sizes that have emerged, enterprises have completed their business activities in these sectors.
The cinema sector is quite large. The so-called film production or cinematography in the entertainment sector is one of the essential socializing tools of the day.
One of the biggest problems in the film industry is that they are intermediaries and therefore create cost-related issues. The lack of intermediaries leads to a decrease in the profits of Film Producers, slowing the development of the film industry.
In a traditional Hollywood or similar business model, cinema tickets, digital or physical film copies, licensing and rental transactions are generated. Because of the accounting technique that allows control of brokers, it is possible to manipulate the profits.
Filmgrid moves the cinema and film industry onto the blockchain to eliminate the problem of the tool. It was established to ensure the trade, flow, and financing of films and series over the internet. By creating an appropriate distribution mechanism among film creators, it will eliminate intermediaries, cinemas, film distribution companies. Decentralized nature, blockchain technology is an excellent choice for Filmgrid's advocacy. It can solve problems that traditional technique can't explain, such as censorship, intervention by intermediaries, or transparent trade using Blockchain technology.
Filmgrid wants to bring a fair and innovative order to the film industry. A separate page will be created for each film registered on the platform, and the information on this page will be used for marketing or film promotion. For independent film producers and viewers, a productive interaction environment will be created for the production of a more authentic and precious film. At the same time, all users will be encouraged to spread their ideas, and social networking will be used to facilitate this.

Filmpass (FILM), The token of the platform, will be used to buy or rent movies and sequences on the platform. The distribution of the film coin will be done with four different and unique sales.
