¡Hola mi gente de steemit!
El día de hoy quise hacer un post diferente, más orientado a narrar una etapa de mi vida: Durante casi dos años yo trabajé como preparador de comida rápida, esto fue para mi casi un sueño hecho realidad, yo aprendí muchas cosas allí y como fanático de la cocina me sirvió para perfeccionar muchas técnicas y conocer cosas nuevas, sin mencionar las lecciones de vida que pueden nacer de un ambiente laboral como ese.

¡Hi Steemer! Today I wanted to make a different kind of post, this one more oriented to explain about a little part of my life: For almost two years I worked as a fast food preparer, this was for me almost a dream come true, I really learned so many things working there and as a fanatic of the kitchen, that helped me to perfect many techniques and to know new things, without mentioning the life lessons that can be born from working in that kind of environment.

A great burger | Tremenda hamburguesa

Durante mi vida como preparador de comida rápida tuve muchos buenos momentos, durante esta etapa trabajé en 3 lugares diferentes: Don Yayo Burger, The Compa Fast Food y Cuatro40 GastroPop, y en aquella época crecí mucho como persona, y empecé a tener más que nunca una responsabilidad constante. Pasé de ser cocinero en plancha, mesero, preparador, hasta ayudante de cocina, y debo decir que disfrutaba cada labor de estas y a muchas personas les gustaba mi trabajo.

During my life as a fast food preparer I really as having a good time, and during this stage I worked in 3 different places: Don Yayo Burger, The Compa Fast Food and Cuatro40 GastroPop, and in those days I grew a lot as a person, and with it I began to have more than ever a constant responsibility. I went from being a cook to an iron, a waiter, a preparer, to a kitchen assistant, and I must say that I enjoyed every single task, and many people said that they liked my job.

Siempre trabajé en una zona de San Francisco-Zulia (mi ciudad de origen) lugar que hasta el día de hoy, pese a las dificultades que afronta Venezuela, sigue siendo una zona bastante visitada por sus tiendas y discotecas, siendo esta altamente comercial, y claramente la comida rápida tenía un lugar muy alto entre los negocios más rentables. Cabe destacar que si vas por allá algún día, seguramente habrá alguien que te cuente alguna buena historia del famoso "Hueso Burger".

I always worked in an area of San Francisco-Zulia (my hometown) where, even today, despite the difficulties that we live in Venezuela, it is still a very popular area for its stores and nightclubs, that's why this is a very commercial area even nowadays, and clearly fast food had a very high place among the most profitable businesses in there. I also must say, if you visit there one day probably there will be someone who will tell you a history about the famous "Hueso Burger"

Why to make just one burger at the same time? | ¿Porque preparar solo una Hamburguesa a la vez?

Uno de los detalles de trabajar la comida rápida e un lugar como el Estado Zulia es que se busca mucho hacer vistosa la comida por su tamaño... es que los zulianos no le tenemos miedo a la grasa (y quizás por el calor la quemamos muy rápido) y entre los platillos más interesantes de nuestra gastronomía se encuentra el maravilloso Patacón Zuliano.

One of the details of working fast food in a place like the State of Zulia is that we try hard to make the food more interesting because of its size ... it is because our people are not afraid of fat (and maybe because of the heat we burn it very fast) and among the most interesting dishes of our cuisine is the wonderful patacón Zuliano (Zulian Patacón).
