I'm tired of my self-loathing.

I'm tired of my negative attitude.
I'm tired of feeling melancholy.
I'm tired of feeling anxious.
I'm tired of hurting others.
I'm tired of waking up tired.
I'm tired of doing nothing.
I'm just so tired of the person I've become.

The thought has crossed my mind Logan. I just wish it were that simple.
i know this isn't that simple but somehow we have to push the pedal.. like when we're in love with someone we push our limits although we know when to stop but we wont cuz we're in love... exact same do it for yourself...
I know exactly what you mean and in fact, self-compassion is something I'm really working on. It's silly to be so nice to everyone else but horrible to myself, you know?
and its even worst when you know everything but didn't do much about it... although you wanna to do things but you didn't cuz of low on will power... i guess

Thank you so much for your comment. This photo is actually a few years old but I chose particularly for the reason that it was taken during a time when I was happier and in doing so, I hope to remind myself regularly that I can get back to that one day. Baby steps! Thanks again for the support and kindness.
