My first entry to @tonyr drawing contest.
This is my first time to join the "Learn to Draw With Friends " drawing contest by @tonyr. Here is my entry.
Done the shading part.
Im sorry for the blurry image, i only shade some details on the face (soft shade) as well, on hair. Light shade on suit, then darken the sides. I only used two mongol pencil.
What i like on this drawing, is.. his face kinda leaning, makes him look... powerful or proud?
Then, try to look at it in a couple of minutes, you will noticed the similarity (i guess 80%).
Hope you like it guys! My new start to draw again... im a begginer and i want to learn more from some great artist like @tonyr, @pinqo, @justaboutart, @dean-mo, @atopy, @kristyglas, @therealpaul, @apprentice001, @barrysamways, @deveerei (my son) and @steempowerpics.

Wow! This looks so great! I really love the light use of shadows without any real hard lines. And the foreshadowing is superb! Good luck with the contest. :)

My uncle likes to draw too, he finished business administration then he realized that fine arts is the course he truly liked. He waited for 4 years to tell my grandparents that. But better late than never. Do what you're passionate about. :-)
Maraming salamat @pinaynomad 😊. Im working as a warehouse man, so, my hands gets really tired on doing hard works, it really affected my accuracy in drawing, but im giving my best again to do art. 😁
