Good morning Steemit! Today I woke up wanting to continue creating. Of course, with the help of the Pinterest page.  This page is one of the resources most used by teachers today.

The previous image is taken from that page. Well, it turns out that this original bookmark I tried to do with students of second grade and, in fact, was a bit complicated. So, as this year I am lucky enough to take the plastic in the primary room, I have decided to try again.

By the way, I will tell you my steps in this subject since this year, for the first time in my career, I give it in English. I think it's going to be a great challenge but, above all, a fun challenge.

But well, as I said, this morning I got up creative and I wanted to pay tribute to the wonderful work that does @ don.quijote with its contests. So this has been the result:

Ésta es la imagen que corresponde a la parte delantera de su marcapáginas personalizado. En mi opinión, todo buen escritor debe ser un gran lector. Así que, ¿por qué no tener un marcapáginas personalizado? :)

This is the image that corresponds to the front of your custom bookmark. In my opinion, every good writer should be great reader. So, why not have a custom bookmark? :)

And this is the back of your bookmark. A mill which, as we all know, may mean that there is nothing so great as not to be achieved, do you not believe?

So, from the most sincere affection, I hope you like his detail. Now all they need to do is get it.

And here, I say goodbye, I still have to keep thinking about what I can do with my little ones so they never forget this course.

Your post has been drawn to our attention at 50_Votes_Plus Channel on Steemit.chat by courtesy of @dresden who apparently wanted to help you spread the word about your work and efforts.

Therefore, we thank @dresden for using DropAhead Votes_Plus channels!

Unfortunately, I have to inform you on behalf of DropAhead Team that we wouldn't be able to support your article with our votes as it doesn't comply with our copyright and intellectual property standards.
Meaning, we find your publication, complete or in its parts, might violate some third party copyright authorship through its misusage by missing or inappropriately provided citations, sources, credits, licenses, reusing rights or else.

My personal clarification for the above said.

The thing is that the first image you have used in your article is not properly credited, especially having in mind that the tags art and craftsmanship that you used for this article (among others) are the tags (same as would photography and some other tags be) where Steemit community expects to find publisher's own work.

Furthermore, the DIY Bat Corner Bookmark image that you used in your post is the property of Andreja Vucajnk who is publishing and promoting her work on her Easy Peasy and Fun website and the image, as well as the complete procedure how to create that craft is in detail explained on her DIY Bat Corner Bookmarks – Halloween Crafts post there.

Besides, her whole site is marked with

Copyright © 2017

what means that she holds and reserve the rights for complete content (text, photos, images, etc.) published on it.

As well, on her About page she is clearly stating the following:

Photo use and copyright
All images and printables on www.easypeasyandfun.com are copyrighted. If you want to feature a project you may use 1 non collaged photo with credit and link back to the original post. You may NOT link directly to PDFs.

However and to conclude, at least it's not a very nice thing to do to take somebody else's work and trying to earn on it or use it for self-promotion. And I'm sure you would agree with me on that as I believe it hasn't been done purposely from your side, but more by ignorance.
Unfortunately, my beliefs wouldn't be of much help in terms of Cheetah bot, SteamCleaners or similar others scrolling around for plagiarism, copyright infringement or other sorts of spam. Above that, I'm sure you would like to avoid their actions that may cause a significant decrease of your reputation as well as cause bigger amount of downvotes what would certainly reflect on your earnings also.

From my point of view, it's a true pity to lose a chance for being supported by broader community or even risk the article to be banned just because of improper usage of one single photo, especially when you put so much effort into its creation (in Spanish and English) and provided as well own photos.

Please, take all of these into consideration for your own good and better prosperity on Steemit!

Thanks for your effort @ana-maria but I should point out that she related the source of that borrowed image as you can check in the coded Imagen . So, in my opinion, that proves that the motive was not at any time to plagiarize but to honor the work of the original artist and the useful Pinterest page, very used by many teachers (as she actually is) to inspire their works.

Dear @dresden, I can assure if I was just a bit doubting about her good intentions I would just leave the first (official comment) and wouldn't even bother myself with all these explanations.

The big difference between Steemit and all the other networks out there (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.) that slips out from awareness of many (especially new users), is that in contrary to all the others Steemit is a paying site. Therefore, all we are posting and publishing here (even the comments) is considered to be used in commercial purposes.

The same sharing activity performed on those other networks, just because those networks are not paying us for that, is not only allowed but even encouraged, as it is, in fact, free marketing we are performing for those whose work we are sharing there.

Here on Steemit that's completely different, as in the same "sharing" activity case, we are making money with somebody else's work.

In terms of teaching and teachers, it's also a common thing that teachers use certain books for their teaching, but it doesn't make those books free of charge. Right? Somebody or someone has to pay them. Same applies here.
Furthermore, if this article purpose was pure and free teaching it wouldn't be published as payable one, it would be published under Declined Payout what is not.
In other words, the intention was to earn something with it what automatically turns it into the article with a commercial purpose, and unfortunately, for such ones, we have to take care of the original author's intellectual property and copyrights.

Noone doubts about the big effort that supposes your fighting for the copyrights and against plagiarism, and it's a thing that we all have to thank, but I personally think that coming here looking for a plagiarism, it's excessive.
She only used 1 pic not of her own peoperty, relating the source of that pic and not intending to receive any credit for that front page image she dedicated to mention Pinterest.
She published to dedicate to someone her handmade bookmark so, why she wouldn't be able to take a monetary benefit by her own handmade work, as everyone do in this platform?
I work in my own side with a trail and also with a team of antiplagiarism, and we do flag many posts of plagiarists or people with clear abussive intentions, with any of their articles without a drop of sweat.
This is not the case; you know it and I know it also.
Noone should flag or call about copyright infringement here or wherever when the source of the borrowed image it's included into the article.
If you want to go into a ghosts hunting or taking this personal with me, for any reason, let me know in one of my published posts or in a private message, not here.
Do you work for the Dropahead trail?
Thanks anyways @ana-maria

I'll try to make this short. As first, I want to emphasise there is nothing personal and even less it's some ghost hunting by any means! So, all your insinuations in that directions are wrong!

Second, there is a big difference between plagiarism and copyright infringement!
If you are participating in any trail trying to help in detecting and penalizing such abuses you should know that.

As well, linking to the source may relieve us of being accused of plagiarism but it still doesn't give us the rights to use certain content!
Same as good intentions wouldn't excuse us from liability.

In shortest, copyright infringement could be defined as copying someone else’s original work without an agreement, in other words without author's consent.
And following that definition, the whole mystery of this case lies in the very simple "Yes or No" answer to the following question:
Does the author of this article signed an agreement with Andreja Vucajnk or received her consent for the used image or not?

You may still think that my pointing out of possible copyright infringement here was too excessive, but you may also consider educating yourself better about the topic. Thre are some good articles or even very concrete real-life cases that might open your eyes from a different perspective.

However, I'm not going to discuss this with you furthermore, as this is not your article in the first place.

Buenas tardes @dragonflyarrow
Muchas gracias.

De nada, un placer! Y sí, espero que así sea ☺️
