    I visited Kamakura on a visit to Japan a couple years ago. It was my first visit to Japan and I had a really good time. The Shinkansen (bullet train) was also something you should also do on a visit to Japan.

    Hi wthomas, yes we used the shinkansen using Japan Rail pass. This was my 3rd visit to Japan, I still want to come again to visit other cities. I also posted Kanazawa pictures, but not many views and votes like this one, not sure why

    Nice pictures! We didn't get to see Kamakura the last couple of times we were in Japan. Looks beautiful - peaceful and serene.

    Hi , Thank you for your Comment. Kamakura is really Beautiful, and location is quite convenient near Tokyo. You should visit next time you come to Japan. Can make it a quick 1 day visit. I will come to Japan again to visit other places. I have just posted some more photos of Kanazawa and Yokohama
