Rainbow Cake - Try this out
Have fun and create a rainbow cake!
If you have kids or if you just love baking, this is something I really recommend you to try.
I went a bit too heavy on the colors so it became very bright and shiny. Taste was good, but it felt like eating play-dough. :)

You could also use your own favorite recipe for baked creme cheesecake and just add coloring.
After you have made the crust and prepared the batters with different colors, you should have a few bowls like this:
Pour the first color onto the crust. I started with red. Pour in the center:
Take the next color and pour again in the center. Now you can start to see the lovely pattern:
And here with all colors, ready for the oven. As you can see the first color has completely disappeared, so no Red visible from above... I actually made a mistake and prepared the same amount of batter for all colors. So please remember to adjust the amount for each layer, as described in the attached link above.
After baking and ready to eat:
Kids loved it and were very impressed by their colorful tongue:
