SOUR CAKE
Orange Sour Cream Cake
Ingredients
- 185 grams Butter
- 2 teaspoon Orange Skin / Peel, grated
- 310 grams Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 190 ml Sour cream
- 310 grams Flour, sifted
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
Orange syrup
- 125 grams of Sugar
- 65 ml Orange Juice
Making Steps
- Mix butter, orange peel and sugar until soft and fluppy
- Add eggs one by one while continuing mixing.
- Add Choc Bits, flour, baking powder and sour cream stir well.
- Prepare a 20 cm round baking pan already smear butter and lined with baker paper, bake with 180C degree about 55 minutes or until cooked perfectly.
- Pour the Orange Syrup over the Cake before cutting and serving.
Orange Syrup
- Mix sugar and juice, cook over low heat only until the sugar dissolves and boil, remove and chill.
