My life story part 1

My earliest vivid memory is 5 years old. One night I was running a temp of 104. Woke up from my sleep late at night my sister and her friends were fast asleep. When I awoke I felt out of place. For some reason I staggered to my toy chest as though I felt it calling to me... When I opened the chest it was as though I was peering into a black hole. Somewhere in the distant blackness I saw a face and a hand reaching toward myself calling out. I stared into the abyss completing whether or not to reach out and follow, when suddenly I snapped to. when I had gathered my self and re-closed the chest I stumbled out into my front room to find my mother fresh out of the shower sitting on the couch in her marble black silk night gown. Even before I had noticed her my gaze was fixed upon a black cat sitting on the top left corner of the couch. This was strange in my mind since we did not own a cat . I ignored the feline and climbed into my mothers lap. She instinctively inquired as to what was wrong. In my dazed state all I could muster was "mama I don't feel well" before vomiting all over her. It was then that I had fallen to the side and had begun to pass out. As my mother swooped me in her arms before I was embraced completely by darkness I had witnessed from the corner of my eye that mysterious cat jump from the couch onto the ground; run towards the door. Immediately before reaching the closed door it stopped and stared back at me with it's piercing eyes and shortly after run through the door before I myself completely blacked out.
