ARK: Survival Evolved PVE Path to Ascension Episode 2 - This is Going to be a Long Ride!

While Gaming has always been a part of my life, I thought I was going to give it up but here I am, back into gaming! I used to stream my games on twitch but as I've been on Steemit I don't support those "centralized" social media platforms anymore.

ARK: Survival Evolved

This is more or less a new series that I've been wanting to start. It's the Path to Ascension in ARK: Survival Evolved.

The idea is to pursue a completionist approach to Ark inspired by the Explorer Notes left by the former survivors, ascending from one ark to the next starting with The Island, and Ascending one Ark at a time all the way to Extinction. In this episode, I am still focusing on Streamlining the quality of my broadcasts. If you haven't noticed, I've got a new set up and even a new spinning logo courtesy of The Arkitekt. If you don't know who that is, I spoke of his amazing builds and I've been trying to get him over to Steemit. Well he's signed up so we're just waiting on his approval letter!

Episode 2

In todays episode, the main focus is just the low tier kibble dino's and building my base. The Path to Ascension is in no way shape or form a quick process as we are using reasonable rates that make the experience immersive and lengthy, but not as lengthy as it would be on Official Servers. I am also taking a more casual approach but I also try to get things done quickly and effectively. I would certainly like to stream more than once a week so that this doesn't take forever, but eventually we'll get there. Mostly preliminary low tier stuff, I am not ready to advance too much or go caving. At the moment, the main focus is establishing a base with a few good dino's and a garden in order to maintain sustainability. A lot of planning goes into surviving the ARK!

I originally wanted to do this on an Official Server but the Pillar Spam that prevents new players from building and enjoying the game is insane so for now I'm using our friend [The Arkitekt's] Server. While I am still powering up all my earnings, gifted donations can and may go to server upkeep!

When I joined Steemit I made the decision to always Power-Up my earnings. For now, payouts are set to 50/50 but you bet I will convert & Power Up! Besides internal transfers, I have never cashed out and don't plan on it! Power-Up only!
