We all reach an age where we must face the harsh reality: to be self-sufficient. We come to this process in adolescence, when we realize that we must face the world on our own and learn to survive. But the question is how many wounds do we need to be able to learn to defend ourselves?

We go from having a very quiet life to battling against so many changes, obstacles, broken dreams, false people and we look forward and think. Will I be able to achieve this? Society forces us to be strong and to continue no matter what. In this photo I wanted to portray the innocence of a naked body, which represents how helpless we enter the world of adulthood, full of dreams and goals that will change over time.

As the years go by, sitting down to think about it causes some laughter. Look at you in the mirror and see how much you have changed, that helpless girl is left behind. Now I am a woman, full of wisdom and with great security. I am self-sufficient, my appearance has changed 180 °, even the way I stand is different. Here we see a sensual woman, sure of herself.

All those people who were once glad of my dark moments, now desperately looking for me but I have only one thing to say: now I am self-sufficient.

Todos llegamos a una edad en la que debemos afrontarnos a la dura realidad: ser autosuficientes. Llegamos a este proceso en la adolescencia, cuando nos damos cuenta que debemos enfrentar al mundo por nuestra cuenta y aprendemos a sobrevivir. pero la pregunta es ¿Cuantas heridas necesitamos para poder aprender a defendernos?

Pasamos de tener una vida muy tranquila a batallar en contra de tantos cambios, obstaculos, sueños rotos, personas falsas. Miramos hacia adelante y pensamos. ¿Seré capaz de lograrlo?¿cómo lograré sair adelante? La sociedad nos obliga a ser fuertes y continuar sin importar qué. En esta foto quise retratar la inocencia de un cuerpo desnudo, que representa lo indefensos que entramos en el mundo de la adultez, llenos de sueños y metas que cambiarán con el tiempo.

Al pasar los años, sentarse a reflexionar al respecto causa algo de risa. Mirarte al espejo y ver cuanto has cambiado, aquella niña indefensa ha quedado atrás. Ahora soy una mujer, llena de sabiduría y con una gran seguridad. Soy autosuficiente, mi aspecto ha cambiado 180°, hasta la forma en que me paro es distinta. Aquí vemos una mujer sensual, segura de sí misma.

Todas aquellas personas que alguna vez se alegraron de mis momentos oscuros, ahora me buscan desesperadamente pero sólo tengo una cosa que decirles: ahora soy autosuficiente.
