My Name is Alex, and I am a 14-Year-Old Fisherman, Crypto Investor, and Steemian!

Hello Steemit, My name is Alex and I am a 14 Year Old Fisherman, Crypto investor, and steemian, and by being all of these things, it has changed my life quite a bit and I have learned so much in the time that I have been on steemit to absorb the information all of you awesome steemians have to provide. Like I said, I am also an avid angler, so basically, I love fishing.

Fishing is a past time that has been around for the longest time and not only is a form of stress relief, but is a way of providing food for your family. Fishing is something that is also something that is more than catching or stress relief, there is also quite a bit of life meaning to it as well. So, if you haven't done so already, go out and go fishing.

But not only am I an angler like I said, but I crypto trade as well. I invest in cryptos such as Steem, litecoin, and bitcoin, as well as a few smaller coins or ico's. I try to diversify as much as I can because it's common sense, you wanna make smart moves and you don't wanna leave all your eggs in one basket.

Investing and being on my steemit is like the "light at the end of the tunnel" for me because currently, me and my family aren't in a good situation, so hopefully investing in cryptos and steemit is me and my family's way to freedom. I try my best but don't expect anything because the more you expect, the more you will be disappointed.

Steemit is such an awesome platform, it has opened my eyes up to new opportunities in the world and has shown me a different light. Seeing life through the eyes of a young person, you see things older people don't see. You imagine things more and you are more "ignorant" to the world. Every day, week, month, and year, I grow older, and a little wiser. And I start to see things I didn't see when I was younger. When I was younger, I didn't have a worry in the world. But after I have gotten older, the struggles of life have been becoming more and more apparent; Seeing my family going through money problems, seeing family members struggle, seeing loved ones pass away, and being faced with the reality that life goes by fast and I need to start to figure out what I'm going to do in those short and precious years.

Every day is not guaranteed, as I have learned from seeing those around me disappear into the abyss of death. We overlook things like that too often, and we need to start recognizing that we should start to focus on the now instead of the future because the future isn't guaranteed. In life, there are so many roads. There are so many distractions. You need to be able to "look through the fog" in a sense. Don't take life for granted.
