Incriminating Video: European Endowment for Democracy Pledges Grant to SMART News Agency (FSA Promoters) in Syria in 2014

EED beneficiary Chamsy Sarkis presentation for receiving funds for distribution of independent media material for war in Syria commences at 9:01 mark.
During the presentation Chamsy Sarkis, the owner of the SMART media company in Syria states that he seeks the funding with the aim of free and independent media in Syria for printing and distribution of 12 magazines through 300 distribution points over 6 different regions. He further states that one magazine is called "Young Children" for kids between the ages of 4 to 10 years old. This video provides proof that the European Endowment for Democracy provides funding for opposition propaganda within Syria. As of February 1, 2018, it has been largely proven that the Syrian 'opposition' has been comprised almost entirely of FSA terrorist groups who have committed thousands of atrocities against innocent civilians in Syria. It should be noted that Chamsy Sarkis is one of the producers of the HBO propaganda documentary "Cries from Syria" and worked in collaboration with director Evgeny Afineevsky who also produced the propaganda documentary "Winter on Fire: Ukraine's Fight for Freedom" produced by Netflix. These modern propaganda pieces provide a one-sided pro-western narrative with slick production that is streamed to western audiences via popular online channels. Notably left out of these productions are the darker underpinnings of what really took place.
For example, in Ukraine, violent Right Sector fascist battalions, funded by oligarchs such as Igor Kolomoisky, owner of Privat Bank and leader of the European Council of Jewish Communities, were not mentioned in the Netflix documentary, and in Syria, the FSA 'opposition' has now been proven to have been almost entirely made up of pro-terrorist groups, including al-Nusra Front, Ahrar al-Sham, Nour al-Zinki, Army of Islam and even members of ISIS. These groups have all been interchangeable all along. Thus, both documentaries misdirect their audience away from the truth about the wars and instead simply provide a glossy sheen of false heroism to mask that which is unpleasant for western viewers discerning minds.

Note the use of White Helmets propaganda and the woman in the top left corner who is a regular performer in many White Helmets videos.
Now that we've established there is a definitive pro-FSA agenda being carried out by the SMART News Agency which has been financed by the European Endowment for Democracy, let us look at some other images of the FSA that seem to be missing from western government and media narratives.
Just those few images should give any concerned person cause for alarm. The FSA 'opposition' are intertwined with the White Helmets who are also being constantly promoted as hero's by western media outlets. Netflix also released a documentary promoting the White Helmets in September 2016. That documentary received an "Oscar" Academy Award for its outstanding acting in February 2017.
The above propaganda efforts outline what the European Endowment for Democracy stands for. I hope western audiences are paying attention to what their governments and media outlets are openly promoting.

Note the weaponry and FSA flags. Not much "freedom" and "democracy" there, but hey......Scott's the college professor, guess he knows whats best for the public to know...... No wonder he knows so much about the White Helmets. Funny how he always leaves out the fact that Russian and Syrian Armed Forces are bombing terrorist groups in Idlib, Syria, the main base of the terror groups where the White helmets also happen to be located.
Screenshot from SMART News Agency's latest video taken in Idlib town square and uploaded on February 10, 2018, shows it to be a terrorist hotbed with numerous jihadists walking around with weapons. Idlib is where the majority of al-Nusra Front (al-Qaeda in Syria) are located, along with other groups, including the White Helmets.

Caveat: All information presented above, and my opinion related to such, is based upon online material posted by the above mentioned entities themselves, as well as others. My opinion is derived from the correlated material seen in its entirety which paints the fuller picture of what really took place during the horrific war on Syria, a picture that has been covered up from western audiences by complicit media outlets that have helped perpetuate this horror upon the Syrian people.
