How are you going to notice some good content from some users? For example you don't follow most of us. Do we enter into a draw or something?

Very good outlook to have. I follow the same path here on Steemit.
Try to post at least once a day, and look around for good content to upvote, at least 3-5 per day.
We need to filter out the spam and copied content that runs rampant here. Good authors deserve to be seen and rewarded.
