To rephrase my question, what is the (complete) set of commands could be pushed by allowing custom_json permission ;)
Specifically update_account and similar operations ;)
Or more specifically for you :)

custom_json cannot be used to trigger any other operation. Is just a place, where a program can store public additional information about your account.
