Ohh I worded that very badly and just changed the wording, no it was a city worker who was driving the tractor, I was just there at the time to see it :)

You always do great photos, but I did think the tractor was taking things to another level ^_^
LOL now if I had a tractor I may have considered it, but luckily the city does it ;)
