Follow @sutter and join the #Summer50Challenge! The goal is to complete a set of 50 push-ups this summer. Three sets of 50 is the ultimate goal. If you can do one, you may be able to do three sets. Start by being honest! Attempt to do as many push ups as you can without over working yourself. Round to the nearest 10 and complete 3 sets of push ups 3 to 4 times a week! Don’t forget to work opposing muscle groups on days off like your abs. I’ve completed the ultimate part of those challenge in the year of 2012 and 2013. Challenge yourself to become physically fit! First ensure you have a clean record of health. Consult your doctor before taking the challenge. Stay fit in 2018! Take the challenge! Be honest with yourself and Steepshot the progress!
