Introduction

In today's article on the Yoga of Music, the Nada Yoga, I introduce you to a very special mantra. The knowledge of Nada is contained in many different traditions and is also used in Sufism. Today, Sufism is a current in Islam, but much older than this. The Sufis are actually religion-independent ascetics and spiritually oriented.

HU is one of the names of God and I want to explain to you how this HU is pronounced correctly.

First, note that it is an external sound, that is, we can hear it. HU is the name of the mantra, not the way to pronounce it.

Technique

• We start with an "h" and without falling into a "haaaaa" we move the tongue quickly towards "i", so that a "h (a) iiiiiiii" arises. Well, that's the first part. (english "y" is more precise, like in happy)

• Now we train the tongue a bit: From this "iiiiii" we move the tongue to "üüüüüü" ("ü" is like in "gym" ). And so from "iiii" to "uuuu". With this we get to know the way of the tongue. Use only the tongue and not the lips to change the vowels. That is fun!

• Now we can try to speak a "hiüiüiüiüiü" and a "hüüüiüu", only with the tongue, without lips!

• So, again, but more slowly, and then again and even slower and so on.

• Now we are ready to pronounce the HU Mantra correctly for the first time. "H (a) -i-ü-u"

Execution

If you slowly produce this mantra, you will be able to hear more and more overtones, in the final stage there are 12 of them !!!! They are lined up like a string of pearls, waiting to be discovered by you. I wish you a lot of fun and success with it.

Finally, we sing 3 times "aaaaaah" in the navel area to come down from the cloud, or to put it practically, to earthen again. Drinking and eating is also important.

Einleitung

Im heutigen Artikel über das Yoga der Musik, Nada-Yoga, stelle ich euch ein ganz besonderes Mantra vor. Das Wissen des Nada ist in vielen verschiedenen Traditionen enthalten und wird auch im Sufismus angewendet. Heute ist der Sufismus eine Strömung im Islam, ist aber weitaus älter als dieser. Die Sufis sind eigentlich religionsunabhängige Asketen und sprirituell orientiert.

HU ist einer der Namen Gottes und ich will euch erklären wie dieses HU richtig ausgesprochen wird.

Als erstes ist zu beachten daß es sich um einen äußerlichen Klang handelt, das heißt wir können ihn hören. HU ist die Bezeichnung des Mantras, nicht die Aussprache.

Technik

• Wir beginnen mit einem "h" und ohne in ein "haaaaa" zu verfallen bewegen wir die Zunge schnell in Richtung "i", so daß ein "h(a)iiiiiiii" entsteht. Gut, das ist der erste Teil.

• Jetzt trainieren wir die Zunge ein wenig: Von diesem "iiiiii" aus bewegen wir die Zunge zum "üüüüüü". Und genauso vom "iiii" zum "uuuu". Damit lernen wir den Weg der Zunge kennen. Benutze nur die Zunge und nicht die Lippen um die Vokale zu ändern. Das macht Spaß!

• Nun können wir versuchen ein "hiüiüiüiüiü" und ein "hiüuüiüu" zu sprechen, nur mit der Zunge, ohne Lippen!

• So, nun nochmal, aber langsamer, und dann nochmal und noch langsamer und so weiter.

• Jetzt sind wir bereit das HU Mantra erstmals richtig auszusprechen. "h(a)-i-ü-u"

Ausführung

Wenn du nun ganz langsam dieses Mantra produzierst wirst du immer mehr Obertöne hören können, im Endstadium sind es ganze 12 Stück davon!!!! Wie auf einer Perlenschnur sind sie aufgereiht und warten darauf von dir entdeckt zu werden. Ich wünsche dir viel Spaß und Erfolg damit.

Zum Schluß singen wir 3 Mal "aaaaaah" im Nabelbereich um von der Wolke wieder herunterzukommen, oder um es praktisch auszudrücken, um uns wieder zu erden. Etwas trinken und essen ist auch wichtig.
