There are many agents of success, hardwork, diligence are one of them. What makes success looks hard to achieve is that all factors contributing to success must be put into place, not only must you have the vision for the future,you must also labored diligently to achieve true success.

One common thing we all see in award shows from the Grammy to the Oscars,we all see people attributing their success to somebody or certain people maybe their mother or their  boss, there is always someone who contributed to their success, and if we want to succeed there must be people who will contribute to our success.

Family and Friends 

Whether you need someone to suck on in times of trouble and disapointment or a gentle word of encouragement to push you to pursue your dreams, family and friends plays a major role in your success, they either contribute positively to your success or negatively to it.

 Most of our character and habit are formed through our  family, and our talents are discovered by them even before we know they exist. The role of family and friends cannot be overemphasized, we all know someone whose life was ruined because of his family or the friends he keepYou may not be able to choose your family, but you can choose your friends, and whether you want to succeed or not depends on this important factor.

Your behavior  matters :

The key to make people your agents of success is your behavior, a lot of people could have been employed or promoted but their behavior pushed them away from people, no one likes to associate with someone who is rude or worse still work with them. Your attitude matters a lot if you want people to help you even if your environment isn't conducive for you, your attitude to people or things can really take you a long way.

Final thought

You may not realize it, but where you are today is because of certain decisions you made that were shaped by the people you meet, it could be a successful business, a clergy or a cancer patient. People has the power to shape our decisions without us knowing and whether those decisions affects you positively today it because of the people you met.
