How to survive through your horrible teacher

Think the reason, why you don't like your teacher: Before any action, you should be clear why you don't like your teacher. Maybe he had scolded you for your studies, well this is not bad because it's their job. But if your teacher is harassing you mentally or physically, trying to build a romantic or sexual relation with you, you should be aware from them.

Ask your parents or your respected teachers to help: Once you find out the accurate reason why your teacher is bad, you should ask your parents or other teachers to help you, you should honestly tell the truth and avoid to make false stories.
Focus on your studies, not on teachers: Although you are disturbed by your bad teacher, you should not avoid your study. Set a proper routine for your studies and be prepared for your exams. If you have a problem you can also find a new teacher. You can also try online resources for your help.
Take care of your health: You should Always take care of your health, exercise for 20 minutes at least thrice a week , spent some alone time.
Don't be there enemy: Try to avoid any argument with them, don't be there enemy because it will make the situation more worst. Try to avoid them as much as possible.
Never give up: If you give up in your studies, your horrible teacher will win. So keep this in your mind and focus on studies as well as on your mental and physical health.
