"Not This Time" - A Story in 50 Words
She was trapped in poverty, the least entertaining cycle ever invented. Her mama had two children by the ripe age of fifteen and she would be fifteen when her first child was born. But she swore he'd have the chances she hadn't. They'd just have to learn to read together.
There are people all over the world doing their best to overcome circumstances that are extremely difficult. You can't always tell by looking at them where they're coming from or what they've been through. Or where they're going. That's why I love a good rags-to-riches story. I don't consider suffering a virtue and nobody is obligated to suffer for the sake of a more interesting life story but I have a special respect for those who have suffered and been at a disadvantage but found (or made) their way out.
This story's random word was "cycle".

Thanks but I think of it as a sad beginning that could still end happily. It wouldn't be easy, but it could happen :)
