An Old Man and A Donkey

In a wonderful village, lived a farmer named Doni Trom. He lived with his wife named Nalanie.

One day, Doni Trom intended to sell his horse to the livestock market.

"Selling only the thin horse," said Nalanie.

"It’s cheap," replied Doni Trom.

"No problem. I see skinny horse was sickly."

“Well.”

The next day, Doni Trom went to the market. He was riding skinny horse and walk slowly while enjoying scenery.

Suddenly he met a young man.

"Where will you go, Mr. Trom? Early in the morning riding a skinny donkey," said the young man.

I want to go to the market. This is not a donkey. This is a horse," said Doni Trom.

Soon afterwards, Doni Trom met with other men.

"Where will you go, Mr. Trom?" Asked the man.

"To the market."

"Oh, this donkey so cute. Be careful on the way, Mr. Trom?"

Not long ago.

"Whose donkey is this, Mr. Doni Trom?" Asked a third man.

"It's not a donkey. This is a horse, "said Doni Trom. He looked upset.

When he walked again, Doni Trom saw a man sitting on a tree.

"Sir, is this a horse or a donkey?" Asked Doni Trom.

"It's donkey, Sir. So what?" The man asked again.

Doni Trom was soon on his way. He wondered why the people he met would say that he was riding a donkey. To be sure, he pinched the horse's neck. The horse neighs. And Doni Trom sure if he was riding a horse. Not a donkey.

"Where are you going, Mr. Trom?" Asked a middle-aged man.

"I'm going to the market," said Doni Trom.

"For what?"

"I want to sell this horse?"

"It's not a horse, Mr. Trom. That is a donkey. Sell it to me."

Doni Trom rode fast.

"Be careful, Mr. Trom. The donkey will fall," someone shouted from afar.

Doni Trom paused for a moment. He further confusion. Six people who met him, they always said donkey, donkey, donkey, donkey, donkeys, and donkey.

Suddenly, there was an old man who was riding his horse.

"What happened, Mr. Trom?" Asked the old man.

"Sir, what animal is it?" Asked Doni Trom back.

"It is a donkey. Where are you going with the skinny donkey?"

"I want to go to the market. I want to sell this horse."

"Sorry, Mr. Trom. It's a donkey, not a horse."

Doni Trom looked daze.

"Mr. Trom, give me this donkey. I'll sell it to an Arab merchant. He will to buy this donkey at a high price," persuaded the old man.

"OK. I'll wait here.”

"Go home, Mr. Trom! I will send money to your home. I know where it."

"OK."

Then Doni Trom walk home. When he got home, Nalanie greeted him with a smile.

"How? How much money you brought?"

"I have handed the skinny donkey to an old man. He will sell it to Arab merchant with a high price."

"What? You said a donkey?"

"Yes, from the seven people I met on the street, they always say I'm riding a donkey."

"You stupid!"

"Why?"

"Have you ever heard of the thieves seven?"

"Yes."

"They are the thieves seven."

Doni Trom bowed sluggish.
