I love that you include this factor in the story. This is precisely what determines the wages for any job in existence - how easy or difficult it is for the employer to replace you. (It's why professional basketball players earn so much more than teachers, even though we all think it's unfair and believe good teachers perform a much more important role in society.) I can't wait to see how this plays out in the plot.
