Crystal Ball 2

The human subconscious mind is a very powerful thing and no matter what is said about it, no one really knows what is can do. I know since I used to have savant skills that the can calculate at an incredible rate. If you think about it, if you can remember your dreams, long before 3D graphics was invented, people can dream with a cast of thousands. There can be all sorts of buildings and they say though I do not necessarily believe that it is true that a dream only lasts a few seconds. Sometimes I wonder if that is true because some of my dreams and most likely yours as well seem to last all night.

If you will notice the picture for the story, you will see that there is a tablet next to the computer and it is turned off. While it is turned off, it is a mirror.

In the position where it is at, while I am working on the computer I am not paying attention to the tablet but there it is and my mind knows about it. If you think about it, like a crystal ball there are black mirrored surfaces everywhere. There are surfaces which reflect when there is little light, when the reflected areas are in shadow.

Oftentimes, people leave the television on even though no one is watching the program and no one is interested in the program. Is it because they are afraid of the black mirror and what they might see in it?

Back in the old days, when computer programmers, software people, worked the monitors were cathode ray tubes, like the old television screens. While I worked I had six computers and monitors running and oftentimes I only had a couple of screens turned on. That left up to four screens as dark mirrors. At the time, I did not know about the black mirror, that there could be effects from looking at it and in my opinion, looking at the mirror without knowing you are looking at it.

So, after using and having around me black mirrors for the longest time, I was listening to Coast to Coast AM (CoasttoCoastAM.com). Back then, Art Bell was the host. The program has run a very long time. It is a talk show that discusses just about everything that is really weird like UFO's, witchcraft, ghosts, aliens, spirits, Planet X, remote viewing, and so many other topics. If you are driving a truck through the night which I was, the show would keep a driver alert and awake from one to five am.

Now, I have had many a psychic experience but it was not until Evelyn Paglini, a catholic white witch, was on the show one night that the black mirror and what it could do was revealed. Evelyn, God bless her, said that black mirrors were a gateway to the spirit world. I happened to be listening to the show in the back or sleeper of the truck, not while driving and it dawned on me that I was looking at a black mirror.

In the truck, I had a big screen television at the foot of the bed. The screen was reflective and it was black. I sat there and looked at that while she talked about what could happen when you looked in a black mirror. I turned on my computer, there were two in the back of the truck, both desktops. I hooked up to the internet and asked Evelyn a question by email and she answered. So did Art Bell, he answered too. And it led to a merry discussion that scared the hell out of everyone. The question was,

"Evelyn, could a television screen or a computer screen be a black mirror?" She hemmed and hawed for the answer for a bit and Art Bell said,

"That monitor is off. Let's look at it and see." He said to Evelyn Paglini.

They were in the studio and they looked at the monitor and Evelyn said, "It was not what I was talking about but yes, it is a perfect black mirror."

Then the conversation shifted to examine what could be a black mirror in people's homes that they did not know about. There was a long discussion about things in the studio, now that they had discovered a monitor was a black mirror when turned off. Just looking around the studio, they found numerous items that had dark reflections.

The point being...

Did you know that there are several theories as to why Ancient Rome fell? One was they went insane from lead poisoning because the romans used lead to make plumbing pipes for their water supply. Another was that syphilis spread through the Roman Empire because of the orgies. Syphilis infection was well documented by the great Roman physician Pliny the Elder. The cure was thought to be sex with a virgin. So, even though they identified causes or diseases that caused illness, they didn't always know the real cure or how disease was spread.

Just like, in Snow White when the wicked queen says, "Mirror, mirror on the wall..."

Galadriel to Frodo, "Look into the mirror."

Frodo, "What will I see."

Galadriel, "Not even the wisest can tell. For the mirror shows many things."

The dark mirror is a thing which can cause possession and it is interesting since the invention of the television, how society has changed. Could our downfall not be because of lead pipes or syphilis but because the black mirrors are everywhere and people need to take drugs. People need to take drugs because out in the darkness, the subconscious mind is continually assaulted by the most malevolent of things on this earth.

Could it be that beings of darkness, the most foul creatures that we really cannot tell with certainty whether they exist or not have manipulated us since the mass production and mass distribution of black mirrors? Aren't the black mirrors everywhere?

Is it only that we cannot stand to look inside ourselves? That the mirror reveals us to ourselves and the mirror of night reveals and continually assaults us with internal horror after internal horror until as people, as a civilization we do the insane because now we are insane?

Anyways, I did not throw the television away. I just waited until I went home and took it and the computers out of the truck as an experiment to see what would happen. I wondered, is it too late for me to recover? Is it too late for you?
