US Capital Market Review 12/8/17
The US Capital Markets were mostly up for the week, with the Dow Jones industrial average up about 100 points, or 0.40%. The contra indicators pulled back slightly this week, with the VIX and gold down 16.2% and 2.5%, respectively
Market indicators continued to look good, with consumer confidence up and unemployment rate ticking down. The dollar gained against most major currencies as well.
Cryptocurrencies performed especially this week, with Bitcoin surpassing the $19,000 mark at one point. Coinbase continues to add new accounts as retail investors start to look at cryptocurrienes as new asset class in their portfolios.
In news, tax cuts continue to take center stage and reconciliation (really negotiations) are taking place between the House and Senate versions of the bill, with President Trump vowing to give American's a "tax cut for Christmas".
Overall, the US markets remain strong and I remain fully invested.

You can send some SBD and your post link to rocky1 and he will upvote. He doesn’t like receiving steem but may still upvote with steem. Also, he doesn’t upvote comments. He has delegated steem power so I always check to make sure he still has the SP before I send him anything.
