I have major problem with what you said....

1. so only the whales who put enough steem in their individual accounts can continuously upvote their own content! That is no different then paying a whale (for their vote)...

2. the negative is they get free down votes to destroy other people in the pool who don't have their voting power!

3. they have driven so many people off the blockchain and lied about what they are doing. Case in point Jerry Banefield used to get 4000 to 5000 upvotes for hundreds of dollars. People like @markymark made up fake stuff about him and attack him so much that, he drove them off the blockchain. The guy was an ambassador for steem with huge following on twitter and youtube. (look him up) He was getting people onboarded all the time. They now go after people who use bots like @minnowbooster which the group from @buildteam which is run by @thecryptodrive which arguably has done more great things for the blockchain then any other group!

4. Your kidding yourself if you think that your "new steem" attitude is a good thing for the blockchain. essentially the new rules destroyed all the little guys and put a monkey wrench into onboarding.... Instead of enhancing interfaces, working on classification adding true categories, increasing author reward periods.... They actually had a money grab for the big guys and drove people off the blockchain!

AND THE PRICE OF STEEM SHOWS THAT!

1. You need people investing in the block chain....And this downvoting is Toxic to that. What business person would want to invest in a situation where they could get destroyed by people who are not paying a cost for it. It's not a fair playing field.

2. Finally I would like to point out that a whale today with 4 million steem is not equal to a whale from a year and half ago with 70,000 steem.... And we had a lot more (at least 10x)! I would rather be a small fish in a vast ocean, then a big fish in a pond. All these down voting trolls are big fish in a small pond and they are attacking each other. If this doesn't end now... the pond will dry up and no fish will survive!

btw: I belong to a group that I onboarded people the steeminati. And these reprobates are now attacking all of them!

Is that fair or just....No if anyone of them was a whale voting with their own power YOU would LEFT them alone! You are bullying good people producing unique content.....

Draw something, write something, make a joke, participate in a contest, post a picture, make a political commentary, write a tutorial or anything other then blockchain comment criticize.... If I saw any of that out of you, You'd have my respect. This is suppose to be a social media platform blockchain....
