Una rica forma de variar la preparación con yuca es haciendo ensalada 
Ensalada de Yuca
Ingredientes
-Cebolla
- Pimentón
- Tomate
- Perejil
- Yuca
- Mostaza
- Mayonesa
- Sal
Cebolla, pimentón, tomate y perejil
Preparación
Sancochar la yuca hasta que esté blanda no dejar que se deshaga, una vez lista dejar enfriar, picar los demás ingredientes en cuadritos
Tomate, cebolla, pimentón y perejil en cuadritos
Igual haremos con la yuca
Yuca picada
Se unen todos los ingredientes y Sebastián añade sal, mayonesa y mostaza al gusto, puedes sustituir la mayonesa por yogurt griego si quieres disminuir el consumo de grasa.
Es una excelente opción ideal para salir de la rutina y acompañar con una rica carne a la parrilla.
