The settings are specifically made for our platform -> so it will be set only for entries created via Steeve.

May I ask you why "steeve's choice" is showing only posts in spanish?!

Steeve's choice is created based on votes/ratings/comments which are happening over our platform. It seems so that there is a community which found out about it and is now using Steeve more than anyone else.
We want to promote Steeve (and Steeve's choice) more, so that more variety of posts (and languages) would appear in Steeve's choice, but we have troubles finding time for it now..
Hopefully we'll get to it soon.. :)
