Sabah Property Prices Higher Than Malaya (East Malaysia)
How crazy is that to know that Sabah Property is more higher price than West Malaysia.
Sabah is located in East Malaysia, while Malaya is situated on the west with Main Capital City Kuala Lumpur is located. How could that happen, what drive the prices goes up so high? Why KL is cheaper, this picture capture below is circulating around in my business property investment group.
Therefore, the author is unknown.
Now, it is mind blogging to know the fact that this is happening. By the way, did you know that Sabah is one of poorest state in Malaysia, did you know that East Malaysia imported goods are good expensive than Malaya?? Did you know that we still don’t have toll, big highways roads, excess to good infrastructure, electricity and water ???
And why the fuck the property prices rise to steep that even a low middle income family cant afford buy a property in KK. this is outrageous and unacceptable.
Yes, we understand sabah is main hub for eco-tourism destination but this industry is only support certain stakeholders in the group and not helping those Not in the industry.
Low - Middle income family force to rent but to own their dream home. I truly feel my fellow friends who could not afford to buy or own a property for themselves.
I really wish Sabah Goverment can control their own administration and resources and most importantly finance diligently. This will enable sabah property to be more affordable through our self management of income in Natural Resources.
We can control our prices independently, to make it same par level to what the country of is at.
If we control our resources and wealth, we get higher dividen, higher income, higher yield, and this can transform to assist Sabahans to get good life, stable and brighter future for our Next generation.
Imagine when a 25-30 years old can buy a property for him/herself , this would give extra boost for the rakyat to work harder and better for the country (Sabah).
Do you think we can get out of Federation of Malaysia ??

Oh yes, absolutely crazy indeed, with the prices they have here, you can buy something really good anywhere else in Malaysia. Alas, speculation + holding power + foreign investors = house prices that are way out of the people's ability to afford a house
Correct, it seems like sabahan are the richest, but sadly this it is untrue. Our wages are not even par level with the Standard Rate of borrowing a home loan. Our goods are freaking expensive, our kon law mee , wah tan hor also more expensive than KL, even a damm nasi lemak is freaking expensive than KL mamak stall.
I really don’t what will happen the next 15-20 years how our children will live in Sabah. Dammm i so fearful for future lies ahead.
I guess i hve to work extra harder and provide for our children, at least when we give them a roof to stay.

I suppose it all boils down to good administration and ensuring that local entrepreneurs and talents are built up instead of filling the coffers of certain parties. Yeah, we all fear for that bro. I don't mind working harder, i wonder how hard must my kids work
