HDR EXPLANATION

There are very few phones that have an technology HDR have u ever thought what is it,Here is a perfect explanation of it for those who had question about it.



Apple in its product iphone 5 was the first to introduce this technology when u press an HDR icon on your phone it switches on mode where it uses special settings and effects to capture phone then the normal one.



See there are situation where you will have bright spot and a dark(shadow of something) spot in your image and it is very difficult for an camera to focus on both the subjects and give a good quality image,Iphone was the first to solve the problem.

Here when u click a photo there the camera captures three photo

1)first photo will be dark one where the dark spot is given priority and complete photo is taken in dark.

2)Second photo is taken in light where the other surrounding that is portion having enough light is taken.

3)Third photo comprises of original photo taken by camera that has both light and dark spots taken together.



Then by special algorithms and software the photos are combined and thus you get well light balanced photo in picture.

Disadvantages

Now lets talk about disadvantages of it

Here the camera captures photo and then processes it so it bit of time consuming.

The photo is good to take without flash as photo will not come in balance light condition

The mode is actually used only when the object is stationary and cannot be taken for moving objects as processing takes time and thus during combining time it may give blurred and wierd output.

So when the object is stationary only that time u can photo with this mode.
