NFL Fantasy Picks 1/6/2018.

It's the playoffs! And we are back with another edition of NFL Fantasy Today!

Alex Smith QB 7800. Alex Smith and the Chiefs passing attack is far and away the club to target on the slate. Smith's floor is 20 and his upside is well in the 30's. He even shows the rushing upside we look for in a QB. The Titans will have their hands full today.

Tyeek Hill WR 7700. The Chiefs have only 1 reliable receiver on the team, and that receiver is Hill. Expect Alex Smith to air on the ball today. Hill has the ability to make big plays with his speed and downhill ability. Interestingly, he might go overlooked on a slate that is wealthy with good receiver options.

Todd Gurley RB 10000. Sean McVay has this Rams unit fired up. They are not the Rams of old, they are the real deal. Gurley is very expensive today as he should be, but the fantasy numbers do not lie. He is seeing 20+ carries a game and has 10+ passing target upside. Play with confidence.

Marqise Lee WR 6400. Lee is considered questionable today. I am not being fooled this game is too big for the Jags top receiver to sit out. He has seen several games of 10+ targets this year. He also cheap and has multiple touchdown upside. Let's hope the mass gets scared of the questionable tag and we get some low ownership on him.

Michael Thomas WR 8300. Thomas has not not had a very good year. That being said he is the Saints number one option and lately he seems to be rounding into form at the perfect time in the season. The Panthers are just plain awful in the secondary, one of the worst units in the league. We have seen 14 and 11 target games out of Thomas recently. He is clearly my 2nd favorite receiver today outside of Hill. I will be constructing most of my lineups with a Hill/Thomas pairing.
