Today’s Flea Market finds.....
What’s up steemians? It’s finally race day and I can’t wait till they drop the green flag! It’s not the Daytona 500 but it’s good enough, I’ve been waiting for 3 months to watch this! This morning we woke up early and hit the flea market early, trying to catch the good early deals. This plan worked today! I ended up with the oldest coin I ever bought, a 1797 half cent. This coin is not in great shape but to have a coin this old is freakin awesome!
I also picked up a 1834 1/2 cent, these coins aren’t silver but they are awesome to have!
That’s about it, I did find a few others but couldn’t get them for the right price. So I’m gonna kick back and sip a few and watch the race, everyone have a great day!

I see where there would have been a need for those Half Cents, back then...
