Silver Breaks $17, Will Gold Break $1300?

Good morning, Steemians!

Silver had a nice increase yesterday, almost up $1 on the week. Just one week ago, the price of silver was smashed down to $16.26. Gold has had more mellow gains, but is closing in on $1290. Is it possible to see $1300 gold soon? I sure hope so.

What do you all think? Does this gain have to do with Trump's statements on North Korea? I believe that could be true. I'm interested to see what happens from here. Will we have a correction or do you all see this only going up from here as the WWIII uncertainties loom?

I'm hoping it's all rigged and under control, like North Korea knows if they do this then US does that etc etc and they're all just playing their parts like a soap opera but nukes don't actually fly.

But who knows.

The uncertainty worries me in terms of like cyberattacks and threats to turn off the internet. Like as an "emergency measure" to stop enemies from coordinating. And then that'd be really bad for crypto obv and we'd all want gold and silver.

Internet shut down could be a possibility, it's all a show at the end of the day. I'm not worried about it because the corporations rely too much on their platforms to deliver their constant stream of propaganda and it could break their matrix. If the internet and power was shut off maybe people would rediscover the natural beauty of our earth instead of being plugged into their mind control systems.
