What did the mailman bring me today.....

An early morning delivery today....
A little over a week ago, I got an email from Provident Metals for a special on a few different items in silver. Most of the items didn’t interest me, but there was one particular item that caught my eye.....
So what was this item???
The five ounce ”Don’t Tread On Me” round. This design always gets my attention. This five ounce round is produced by the Golden State Mint for Provident Metals. This is the same Mint that produces all of the Silver Shield rounds. They do a great job, and all of the rounds they produce have great detail.
Let’s take a closer look...
A very nice piece to add to the stack, and it was at a nice price as well.
You may have noticed another piece from the order as well. This is the one ounce Prospector round. This was also on special, but the only reason this was ordered was to get free shipping. It is the first Prospector round I’ve ever owned. They are nice but can’t see paying the premium they are usually asking for them.
So let’s take a closer look st that as well...

The five ounce ”Don’t Tread On Me” round... I like the design concept on both sides of the coins and like the size! Putting it side by side with a 1 ounce round gives us the perspective of how large it is. Do they make capsules for those?

Great pick ups! That 5 oz Dont Tread on Me round is gorgeous and the meaning and detail just pop at that size. I really like the Prospector round and dont thinnthe premium is too bad on it. The gunslinger now thats a strange premium because its morw than the prospectir and second in the same series. Thanls for sharing!!
