8/6 Trading Futures update - Precious Metals, S&P500 , Crypto - All Flat
As we open market trading for the second week of August, everything is flat after an quite news weekend. Unless you count a fake drone attack in South America to save a dying administration. Looking at all three charts, it seems like all are sitting on important support levels at this point in morning trading.
Precious metals and gold in particular is holding flat this morning around the $1222 mark, an important support level, nothing has changed as the USD is flat too.
S&P500 is too trading flat, as we wait for the news cycle and for trends to develop as the new trading week begins.
Crypto was hit the whole weekend dropping as low as 6900, before stabilizing some what this morning. I did not find much news to explain the drop. The BTC marketcap dominance continues to rise.

I predict bitcoin, Gold & Silver will all close lower Friday. Not any big moves but same trend as of late. Aug will be low volume month abd moves will be lower weekly especially in metals
Not sure it is that simple, things have been mixed depending on certain news, tweets and the USD. IMHO, lots of manipulation to keep the 10yr bond under 3%, the stock market up, and precious metals down. Emerging markets blowing up, grab the popcorn and watch it move.
