Since Banks will be Collecting all the Physical USD's, only they will be able to Exchange them for our Electronic Coinage...
After the Redemption Period comes to an end, (other than through buying and selling) the only "other" way to obtain our New Electronic Coinage will be with our New and Improved Currencies or our Corrected Silver and Gold Coinage...
Once obtained, our Electronic Coinage will Circulate freely, until Redeemed...
Those Exchanging their Silver and Gold "Bars and Rounds" with the U.S. Treasury, will have the option of Choosing our Corrected Silver and Gold Coinage, our New and Improved Currencies, or our New Electronic Coinage, o r any Combination thereof...
I'm sure that once those who already have Electronic Coinage, can buy your Silver and Gold Bars and Rounds too...
Once Electronic Coinage is Circulating, they will be accepted, all over the World, for almost anything...
As Far as Digital Fiat USD's are concerned, I think the Banks will be responsible for converting them for our Electronic Dollars, Cents and Decimal Cents...
This means the Banks will need to Sell their Silver and Gold to acquire our Electronic Coinage...
Banks will be required to use the same 100 to 1 Exchange Rate...
At the Banks, One Digital Dollar will turn into One Electronic Cent...
One Digital Cent will turn into One Decimal Cent...
I'm not sure exactly when the Announcement will be made, but it seems like it will be sooner, rather than later...
I figure the Fiat USD's are within their Final One Percent "Spending Power"...
That's why I think the Exchange Rate will be 100 to 1, to make for a Smooth Transfer of Wealth...

At Present, a Person could obtain 10,000 Cents for 100 Fiat Dollars... After the Monetary Correction a person turning in 100 Fiat Dollars will only be able to obtain 100 Cents... It will be a 100 to 1 Exchange Rate... Don't let that worry you, because the 100 Cents will have the "same" Spending Power as 100 Fiat Dollars has now...

We the People own the Rights to U.S. Coinage, in any Form we choose to issue it... We will use "our" Corrected Silver and Gold backed Currencies to remove and replace all Physical Fiat USD's... If the Banks want to stay in Business, they will be responsible for replacing their Digital Fiat with our Electronic Dollars, Cents and Decimal Cents...
